E1 : 2x + y + 4z = -7 tu recopies une équation au choix
E2 : 4x + y + 8z = 1
E3 : x + y + z = -3
tu choisis une équation à éliminer dans les deux autres équations. Je choisis d'éliminer y
E2 = E2 - E3 et E1 = E1 - E2

x + y + z = -3
-2x - 4z = -8 => x + 2z = 4   E4
                       3x + 7z = 4  E5
tu résous ce système de deux équations à deux inconnues
E5 = E5 - 3E4 et E4 = -7E4 + 2E5
-x = -20 => x = 20
z = -8
on reporte dans E3 pour trouver y
20 + y - 8 = -3 => y = -15
la solution (20;-15 ; -8)
